Join us for the AIEOU Industry Showcase Day. A dynamic, interactive event that brings together edtech innovators, AI developers, researchers, and practitioners to share real-world applications and research-informed solutions.

We’re Looking For:

Startups and Established Companies working on AI for education
Product Designers with tools in development or live in schools
Technical Experts solving complex problems in pedagogy, equity, or assessment
Partnerships between companies, researchers, and schools
Evidence-Based Solutions and pilots in progress

Showcase Formats:

Flash Talk (10 min + 5 min Q&A)
Share your story, from challenge to solution, in a compact and impactful format.

Research + Industry Panel
Are you partnering with a university or school? Propose a joint panel on outcomes, ethics, or implementation.

Interactive Expo Booth
Set up in our showcase hall to demo your product and meet attendees throughout the day.

Live Demonstration (20 min)
Show us your tool in action—how does it work and what problem does it solve?

Key Dates:

Submissions Open: 1 June 2025
Deadline to Submit: 15 July 2025
Acceptance Notifications: 1 August 2025
Industry Showcase Day: 17 September 2025

Submission Notes:

We welcome proposals from companies of all sizes and stages
Submissions should highlight impact, evidence, and user feedback
All participants must register via our official submission portal
Spaces for demos and booths are limited – early submissions are encouraged!
