AIEOU Collaborator Conference
The inaugural convening of the AIEOU Interdisciplinary Research Hub will take place on 16 September 2025 at the University of Oxford. All AIEOU Collaborators are welcome to submit a proposal to speak on one of our research themes:
Presentations should endeavour to be collaborative and interdisciplinary. We'd love to see presentations that include representatives from academia, schools, industry and policy working together.
All presentations will be in English. They may take one of five formats:
Interactive Poster presentation
Design a poster with an interactive element such as a QR code that takes participants to a website, tool or game you have developed to teach the concept you are exploring.
Flash talks (10 mins plus 5 mins Q&A)
Deliver a succinct talk that shares a big message. Think maximum impact, minimal time. Flash talks should provide participants with a clear, actionable takeaway message.
Extended presentation (20 mins)
Designed for extended research projects and academic papers that require a more nuanced explanation.
Practical Demonstration* (15 mins)
Had a big win in your classroom? Got a solution to share? This is your time to take to the stage and shine! Share how you are using AI.

Use your AImagination (10-15 mins)
Get creative! Pitch us an idea for an imaginative presentation to capture the audience’s attention and teach them something new.

Submissions must be received by midnight on the due date anywhere in the world.
