AIEOU Student-Led Conference 2025

Are you a secondary school student with big ideas about how AI is shaping your learning and your future? Are you a teacher guiding students through exciting experiments or creative explorations of technology in the classroom?
The AIEOU Student-Led Conference is a unique opportunity for students and teachers to come together, in person or online, to present and share insights, questions, and innovations on Artificial Intelligence in Education.
We welcome submissions from students aged 11–18 and their teachers/mentors working in partnership. Presentations may reflect school-based projects, personal explorations, co-curricular work, or team-based initiatives.
Themes
We invite contributions that engage with the following themes:
- Design - What should tech companies and educators know from your perspective?
- Regulation - What questions or concerns do you have about AI in Education?
- Implementation – How are you using AI in school?
- Impact - How should/could/would schools change to keep up with AI?
Submission Formats
You may choose from one of the following formats:
- In-Person Presentation (10 minutes)
Share your work live at the University of Oxford. A chance for UK-based students and teachers to take the stage together.
- Online Showcase Submission (5 minutes)
Submit a video, digital poster, or narrated slide deck to be featured on our global online gallery. Open to students anywhere in the world.
- Creative Format ("Use Your AImagination")
Got something different in mind? A short film, podcast, animation, or game? Pitch your creative idea to us!
Key Dates
- Submissions Open: 1 June 2025
- Deadline for Submissions: 15 July 2025
- Notifications of Acceptance: 1 August 2025
- Student-Led Conference: 15 September 2025
Guidelines
- Submissions must be made using the official form.
- Each submission must involve at least one student presenter and a teacher or mentor co-presenter.
- All work must be original and created in partnership with the students involved.
- Online entries will be featured as part of our Global Student Gallery.
- Parental consent is required for students to submit and present (in person and online)
